Leadership excellence report
This week I have just finished e book 'Leadership Excellence'. I truly need to thank GOD for this book. It is a wondweful book which shows the charateristics of all the great leadership. Therefore I have learnt a lot from it and I am very glad about that. I need to thank Xuebing to help to choose this book at first place. Here are some thoughts that I want to share:
I have deeply inspirared by the key principles that have been mentioned in this book. Things like discipline, spirit with GOD, Positive mindset, persistence and things like that which seriously bring me great mindset changing in my life. A lot of the points speak to my current problems straightly which truly bring inspirared me to go beyond what I can imagine myself to be, inspared me to think out of the box, inspared me to go beyond my capacity and to make the impossible possible.
Things mentioned like to be organised give me a lot of reminders. ' The key of success is simply being one inch more clearly organised than the next guy.' I find it truly great. organising is very important thing to have in life in terms of being successful.
Discipline:'Discipline is the art of shedulin the pain and pleasure in life in such a way as to confront pain first so as to enhance pleasure later.' Truly sometimes I often tell myself to delay this thing to the next moment cause it is difficult however I forget to have the attitude of ' no pain no gain' which is quite true in life. We need to take the pain first then we can enjoy the fruit of gaining. From now on I will force myself in terms of discipline I will finish my workd first before I go to bed or relax I should do things effectively and never delaying especially important things.
Words:' The godly think before speaking; the wicked spout evil words.-Proverbs' words are seriously important no matter is to mylife or people around me. Words kill, words also build up. Either way of it, it is up to my choice.
so SIYANG. for yourselves, for whom you loved. GO, go, go. Nothing can ever defeat you cause you stand on the solid rock of Christ!Jiayou jiayou!!!
